2. To enter, click on the sweepstakes header banner on www.concertscure.org. Fill out the information requested - name, birth date, email address, phone and postal address. All entries must be received by 12:00 a.m. ET, October 3, 2010. Limit one entry per person per day. By entering this Sweepstakes, all entrants are agreeing to be automatically placed on the mailing list for the free concertscure.org e-mail newsletter. Entrants will note receive information from a 3rd party. Participants must be legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia, and 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

3. Sweepstakes subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.

4. Employees and volunteers of Concerts for a Cure, Inc. and their immediate families are not eligible to enter or win.

5. Drawing will be held on or about October 3, 2010. Prizewinner will be drawn for the tickets to see 2010 Concerts for a Cure featuring Boris Garcia and MaryBeth Hammer. Included in the prize are (2) VIP Meet and Greet Tickets. Estimated prize value of $189. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes will be awarded. Winner may be notified by mail and/or by email. Winner must comply with the instructions contained in the prize notification letter, and may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and a Publicity Release (where permitted by law), within seven days of the date on the prize notification letter or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner chosen. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the e-mail account is registered.

6. Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, garbled or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser or network failure, malfunction, congestion or incompatibility at Sponsor or elsewhere, will not be eligible and Sponsor is not responsible for any technical problems related to online entries. Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes infected by a computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. In the event of termination, a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received at the time of termination.

7. Income and other taxes, if any, on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use winner's name and likeness for editorial, advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited. By entering and/or by accepting a prize, you agree to be bound by these rules and to release Sponsor and the Prize Contributor from any and all liability arising out of your participation in this Sweepstakes with respect to the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of any prize. By entering and/or by accepting the prize, you agree to have your name listed as the winner on www.concertscure.org, and in the concertscure.org free e-mail newsletter and on Participating Contributor's website.

9. No substitution of prizes, except by Sponsor or Prize Contributor in which case a prize of greater or equal value will be substituted. Prizes are not transferable.
